Responsibilities
SL1M - UMW: Graduate Enhancement Programme (GEP) is introduced in support of the "Skim Latihan 1 Malaysia" Government Transformation Initiatives launched by our Prime Minister on 1 June 2011.
UMW is an international conglomerate that develops industries, manages partnerships, and facilitates growth in Malaysia and the Asia Pacific region. We are reaching out to young, passionate and talented individuals to join the SL1M - UMW: GEP. Successful graduates will undergo 8 months extensive and structured soft skills and on-job-training exposure within UMW subsidiaries nationwide.
The Programme:
1. 2 months Management Development Training.
2. 6 months On-the-Job Attachment.
3. Monthly Allowance of RM1, 200.00 and other attractive benefits.
Requirements:
1. Malaysian citizens who are 27 years of age and below.
2. Applicants should not be bonded by any other organisation.
3. Recognized degree with a CGPA of 2.50 or equivalent in the following fields of study:
-Business : Business Administration/Finance/Marketing/International Business/Economics.
-Engineering : Automotive/Petroleum/Mechanical/Electrical & Electronics/Mechatronics.
-Others : Fresh graduates in other fields of study are also encouraged to apply.
